Highly color-customizable AirTag carabiner clip. Easy print and excellent result.
The hinge will be printed pre-assembled; just make sure to use a well-calibrated filament.
To close the AirTag compartment, 4 M3 screws and 4 M3 nuts will be needed. Among the print profiles, you will find both the version with countersunk screws and square nuts, and the version with regular screws and hexagonal nuts. I am providing a reference to these very affordable products from the Bambulab store in the project materials.
Assembly is extremely intuitive and is facilitated by pins that help align the plate; I am attaching a tutorial gif:
