Description
Extend the efficiency of your Segway Navimow i105/i108! This custom blade disc accommodates 6 blades and increases the effective cutting width to a maximum of approximately 245 mm
Important: Due to its larger diameter, this disc is only compatible with my Blade Guard / Blade Protector The original guard is too narrow
Assembly & Required Material
For a durable and secure attachment of the blades, the use of threaded inserts is necessary
- Threaded Inserts: 6x M4 threaded inserts for heat-pressing These M4 inserts fit perfectly
- Blades & Screws: I recommend these blades including suitable M4 screws
Available Variants:
I have created two versions so you can use your preferred blades:
- Standard Variant (e.g., for Navimow/Husqvarna/Worx etc. blades): Optimized bolt circle for common replacement blades
- Bosch Variant (for Bosch Indego blades): Since Bosch blades are longer, the bolt circle diameter here has been reduced by 14 mm to ensure maximum cutting width without rubbing on the wheel
- Reduced Weight Variant: It was partially reported that the original variant did not start for users This variant reduces the rotating mass by 49g
Why this Blade Disc?

Print Settings (Recommended):
Based on my tests for maximum stability and safety:
- Material: PET-CF recommended
- Wall Lines: 5
- Top/Bottom Layers: 4
- Infill Density: 60% (Cubic)
- Layer Height: 0.20mm
- Wall Embedding: Enabled (for better stability of threads/holes)
