This is a reinforced remix of the body mount for the Parkside PMRA 20-Li robotic lawn mower. The original plastic parts often suffer from fatigue or snapping due to constant vibrations and uneven garden terrain. This version is designed to be a "print and forget" replacement.

Key Improvements:

• Beefed-up Geometry: Added material thickness to high-stress areas where the original part tends to fail.
• Structural Integrity: Optimized the design to ensure better layer adhesion and resistance to mechanical shear.
• Direct Fit: Maintains the exact dimensions of the original mount points for a seamless swap with the OEM part.

Recommended Print Settings:

Since this is a functional outdoor part, material choice is crucial:

• Filament: PETG, ASA, or ABS.
  • Note: Avoid PLA, as it will soften and warp under direct sunlight or motor heat.
• Wall Loops: 3 or more (for maximum structural strength).
• Infill: Gyroid or Adaptive Cubic recommended).
• Supports: Minimal supports may be needed depending on your orientation.
• Layer Height: 0.2mm works best for balancing strength and detail.

Installation Notes:

This part is a 1:1 replacement for the stock mount. Use your existing screws for installation. If the fit is too tight due to printer tolerances, a light sanding of the contact surfaces will do the trick.
