I highly recommend to print this like showen for the least amount of clean up!
Print Settings:
Plate 1:
Normal Setting for your Filament should work but this requiers a lot of clean up.
Plate 2:
ABS/ASA
0.16mm
3 Wallloops
REDUCE SPEED!!! about 50% from what is normal
Support enabled
on build plate only
Outer Brim activated
