Description

These are printed screen printing frame tensioners for a DIY PVC pipe screen printing frame.

Using 3/4 pvc pipe cut to size, and 4 - ¾ inch elbows along with these printed tensioners, you can create an endlessly reusable screen printing frame for under $8.

The version displayed is made with two 20 inch pieces and two 16 inch pieces, and 8 printed tensioners.

The frame can then be used with traditional screen printing techniques, heat transfer vinyl, wood glue, or a variety of other methods. The printed tensioners allow you to pull the silk screen or mesh taught, creating an even medium for your design.
