Description
This is a 3D printed and functional fountain pen. Using a Jinhoa Ink convert+Nib you can effortlessly write smooth and even lines. With three different cap designs you can easily customize the pen to your liking!
Print Instructions:
- Print in 0.08mm layer height for optimal thread performance.
- X-Y Hole and Contour compensation will be needed. I used 0.1mm for hole compensations and -0.1mm for contour compensation. You can start with those values but it will probably vary on a per printer basis.
- Material might also play a role in the values too. I used Bambu Metal PLA.
- Variable layer height can be used but I found it looks best when the whole model is printed in 0.08mm.
I've included a .STEP file of the pen cap. Feel free to be creative and create your own cap designs!
