Originally posted in Thingverse. Here I included the Fusion file. Also, the file can be modified and simplified to fit in a 300x300 printer

I used #6 ½ in SS recessed head screws to put it together. I don't remember the nut and screw size for the clamp, but if you take the parts to a hardware store, it will be easy to figure out. 

It will require sanding and using epoxy to smooth and fill any gaps. I painted it with automotive spray paint.

Update: I added two are diffuser/redirectors. These help push the air to each side and towards the body instead of straight down. It is about 12 degrees to each side and 30 degrees toward the person. These are optional. 

 

Knob bolt h and nut: ¼ in hex bolt with matching nut. I think a 6mm bolt will th work too
