Description
This is a comfort strap designed for the Sennheiser HD 490 Pro, created to improve long-term wearing comfort by reducing headband pressure.
If the stock headband feels too hard or causes pressure points during long listening, mixing, or editing sessions, this mod helps distribute weight more evenly across the top of your head.
Assembly instructions:
1 - Snap the top mounting clips (the one with the 2 protrusions) with the protrusions facing down
2 - Mount the headband to the clips and adjust up and down to your linking
3 - Snap the bottom mounting clips to lock the position of the headband.

Print Information:
- Print the headband in 95A TPU
- Print the mounting clips in ASA, PETG, ABS
- PLA will also work for the mounting clips but I'm not sure how long it will last due to PLA creep
- No supports needed. If you have bed adhesioin problems with the mounting clips try adding a brim
