Project Overview:

This is a 10-inch standard rack bracket specifically designed for ASUS PN Series (PN40/41/50/51/60/61/62) mini PCs. It occupies 2U of vertical space, not only perfectly accommodating the mini PC but also ingeniously features an independent power adapter storage compartment on the side, completely solving the problem of nowhere to place the power supply for mini PCs in a rack cabinet.

Core Features:

• Dual Compartment Design: The left side is for the mini PC, and the right side is for the power supply. The adapter and mini PC are mounted together, resulting in a compact structure and stable center of gravity.
• All-around Limiters: Physical limiters are designed for the front, back, left, and right, ensuring the mini PC does not shift in the rack due to cable insertion or removal.
• Secure Enclosure: The rear features a removable cover design, secured by 8 M2 × 8mm or 10mm self-tapping screws, which ensures structural strength and facilitates future maintenance.
• Unobstructed Ports: The front panel openings are precise, preserving full operational space for the front USB, Type-C ports, and power button; the rear provides ample space for cable management.

Printing Recommendations:

• Material: Recommended to use PETG/ABS (more temperature resistant, suitable for rack environments) or high-strength PLA.
• Layer height: 0.2mm.
• Infill: 20% or more (increasing infill is recommended for the rack ear sections to prevent stress fractures).
• Supports: Depends on the printing orientation; side placement is recommended to reduce front panel supports.
