Description
I have created the new and improved Collapsible Snaplock Reload Koozie V3! Check it out.
Updates
– Update 05/1/2026 – I have added a Shotshell style koozie to come in a single can version as well
– Update 05/4/2026 – I have added the 16oz variations. Currently only single 16oz versions. Drop a comment if there is interest in a double version, but my goal is to keep this a single print and a double version would require an H series printer.
– Update 05/5/2026 – I have added the 500ml variations. At this time I am able to verify printability, but I do not personally have access to 500ml cans to fully verify fit/functionality. I have added two print profiles labeled as *Test*. If you are willing to test this and provide feedback it would be appreciated.

Description
A redesigned take on the popular “rapid reload” style koozie, featuring a top-loading system with a positive snap-lock mechanism.
I’ve seen a few versions of this style of koozie out there already, and wanted to create my own take on it—specifically focusing on improving retention and usability. Most designs rely on a simple friction fit, so I reworked the geometry to include an internal locking feature that clicks securely into place when a can is inserted.
The result is a koozie that’s easy to load from the top, gives a satisfying “snap” when fully seated, and holds the can more securely during use.

Printer Compatibility
- Single versions: A1 Mini compatible
- Dual version: requires larger bed (A1 / P1S / similar)
Material Recommendations
- PETG (recommended) – better durability and flexibility for the snap feature
- PLA also works for lighter use
Notes
- Snap-fit performance may vary slightly depending on material and printer tolerances
- PETG tends to provide the best balance of strength and flex for the locking mechanism
