Description

Convert your non-threaded Browning Buckmark .22 Pistol to accept suppressors!  This design is based off the Browning Buckmark Camper UFX.

Print in PLA Pro or another high-temperature resistant filament.

Features:

  • Allows the mounting of suppressors with 1/2x28 threads
  • Locking insert is low enough to allow the use of the factory front sight
  • Easily removeable - no permanent modifications required

Non-printed items you will need:

  • One 5/8x24 (female) to 1/2x28 (male) adapter (Amazon Link)
  • Three M5x25mm bolts
  • Three M5 nuts
  • Epoxy such as JB Weld (optional)

Installation:

  1. Insert the adapter body over your barrel.  Some force may be required.  Carefully use a rubber hammer to tap it into place if necessary.

  2. Place the locking insert over the top of the barrel with the rounded edge facing towards the barrel.  Begin installing and tightening the M5x25 bolts with the M5 nuts.

  3. Screw your 5/8x24 to 1/2x28 adapter into the barrel end.  You can epoxy it into place using JB Weld for a more secure/permanent solution.

  4. Ensure proper barrel alignment using a .22 suppressor alignment rod, especially prior to epoxying the thread adapter into place.  You can print your own from models posted here on Maker World.
