Description

This is a functional, 3D-printable mount designed to securely hold your Yanosik RS device on your car's air vent. It's a great alternative to suction cup mounts, keeping your dashboard clear and the device within easy reach.

The design is split into three parts: the front frame/cradle that holds the device and a universal vent clip mechanism. This allows for easy assembly and printing without supports.

Please read before printing:

  • Material Selection: Do NOT use PLA for this project. Car interiors can easily reach 60-70°C (140-160°F) on sunny days. PLA will soften, warp, and potentially drop your device.
    • Recommended: ASA or ABS (Best UV and heat resistance).
    • Alternative: PETG (Minimum requirement for moderate climates).
  • Liability: This is a DIY 3D-printed project. I take no responsibility for any damage to your Yanosik device, car vents, or interior resulting from the use of this mount, print failure, or material deformation. Use it at your own risk.

I’ve based part of this project on a design by another maker. Check out the original here: https://makerworld.com/en/models/1467246-the-ultimate-and-optimized-car-phone-holder#profileId-1530760
