Description
Here is a cute hanging picture frame designed to fit a portrait 4x6 inch photo. Cat themed for any cute pictures of your furry friends that you want to display :) Consists of a main outer frame, a smaller inner frame, the base, and the little retainer ring that snaps in and holds the picture in place. Utilizes a small piece of string tied in a loop to hang the inner frame from the outer one. The retainer ring also doubles as the stencil for marking and cutting out the picture to fit :) Make sure you trace around the outside of the stencil and not the inside or the picture will be too small. As for mounting the outer frame to base, just use some super glue and set the frame inside the holes on the base and let it dry before trying to hang the inner frame. Let me know what you think :)
