You can finally pay with style!

I designed this card holder primarly for credit cards - I wanted something cool and unique that leaves people curious and laughing while you pay contacless – but it fits all the common cards ID-1 / CR80 (size 85,60mm x 53,98mm).

It fits the common wallet card pockets – sadly not the "sliding" holders, they have very small tollerances beside the standard card size.

The two parts are combined by sliding one into each other, using an interlocking mechanism between each other: beside that, the two parts are "locked" together by two small bumps (one for each side) that will fit two small cavities on the other sides.
The ease of this mechanism makes it simple to open and close it to take off the card in case "vintage" - non contactless - payments are required.

DISCLAIMER: this print is designed for a 0.2 nozzle: the details on the graphic are too small for a 0.4 nozzle.

The profile is carefully calibrated: first 4 layers are 0.14 height (the layers containing the design, reducing the layers number and the color changes), while the interlocking mechanism layers have 0.10 height (to ensure a proper functioning even if this small).

Beside this, I also tweaked the line width - 0.25mm for the first layer, 0.15mm for the rest of the print – enabled Arachne wall generator and also tweaked some of its settings.

I lowered the print speed to ensure a high quality of all the graphic elements.

Please be careful changing some of this options, I think you can play around with the speed but that's it.
