Boost Me (for free)

If you found this helpful, please consider giving me a boost!!

I glue up a lot of wooden panels in my shop to use for larger projects and I wanted to make a dedicated jig for this task.

I designed these riser feet that include a 3/8" rod coupling that can be used to screw the 1-5/8" unistrut to it.

I also designed some unistrut end caps because some of the edges can be sharp and nobody needs to get cut!!

I've updated the file to include Unistrut caps with a larger ID so they fit a little bit more easily - still snug, just not “as ” snug.    If they start to loosen up over time, heat/cold, use, wrapping the end of the Unistrut in electrical tape with close up any gaps and should help give it some “stick” !

Print (4) risers and (12) caps for a complete kit!!
