ITX MOBO - Steam Machine  (updated 4/30/26)

Hotend - .06 Hardend steel (Carbon Fiber Print to avoid cloggs /erosion of hotend)

Filament - PETG-CF  Front, Back and Inner Plate, PLA Housing (Photo)

Layers .24

Walls: Outer/ Inner
Supports - Tree Auto

PSU bracket - PSU model IP-AD200C7-2 (Change as needed)

Magnets 10x2 neodyymium (Keep an eye on tolerance)

What i personally installed. 

 

Mobo has RBG Leds built in -  May modify in future to elevate Mobo to bring LED's up for c;loser to panel gap, positioning in respect to height of cooler.

Model has remix of:

  1. Rear IO plate to support 
    1. MINI-ITX motherboard IO (Model non standard IO in orginal)
    2. InWinn B1 PSU IP-AD200C7-2  (Update to design to support)
    3. Standard CPU Cooler (Placement of cooling path updated to design)
  2. Main Body cube to support
    1. PSU support install for IP-AD200C7-2
    2. Full CPU cooler support
  3. Front IO removal to support single power button
  4. Created indent for magnets to be glue into - Were sticking to hardned nozzle with mid print insertion :(  — No need to pause 
  5. Profile - Slowed down (multiple print speed adjusted), added wall loops, Changed surface print pattern to avoid tension warping, reduce cross path crossing to avoid chances of stringing. 
  6. Increased size of holes to 4mm for brass inserts to reduce excess filament.
