Description
Give your pets a cozy and natural-looking shelter with this acorn-inspired hideout. Designed for both terrariums and aquariums, this model provides a safe and comfortable space for small animals to rest or hide.
You can resize the model to your own preferences.
If intended for aquarium use, it must be printed with at least 75% infill to reduce buoyancy. The exact infill % required may vary depending on the material used (e.g., PLA, PETG, ABS). Optionally, to keep the model submerged, you can attach external weight (e.g., glue a stone to the base), secure it to the aquarium with adhesive, or create a small hole to allow water in and eliminate trapped air.
Used print options:
- 0.16mm layer height
- 2 walls
- 10% Adaptive Cubic infill
- Special Tree Support setting for 0.16mm layer height to give flawless supports (only on the build plate disabled)
- Flushing volumes changed to 0.7
