🖥️ Raspberry Pi 7" Touchscreen Tray for Lab Rax — with Pi 5 ports & SSD slot

If you're building a homelab with the Lab Rax 3D(@mklements) printed rack and want to cleanly integrate a Raspberry Pi 7" touchscreen, this tray is exactly what you need. I designed it from scratch to fit perfectly in a Lab Rax rack unit slot. I have the bambu A1 mini so I printed the adapted version of lab rax rack from @cwlsmith.

• Fits Raspberry Pi 7" touchscreen
• Designed for the Lab Rax 3D printed rack system
• Full cutouts for all Raspberry Pi 5 ports (USB3.0/3.2, Ethernet)
• Extra opening to route an external SSD inside the rack
• Only critical supports needed

🖨️ PRINT SETTINGS

• Material: PETG HF (recommended — PLA should work too)
• Layer height: 0.2mm
• Infill: 10–15%
• Supports: Yes (only critical)
• Orientation: Print flat as oriented in the file
• Fits within Bambu Lab A1 Mini build plate ✅
