🇬🇧 UK-Based Bambu Exclusive Maker
Give your Bambu Lab printer a professional, custom finish with this custom-designed touch screen bezel. I designed this specifically to add a unique aesthetic to the printer while protecting the screen edges. This model fits perfectly over the standard screen, maintaining full touch functionality.
The design is optimized for FDM printing, featuring a realistic textured finish when printed with standard settings. The 'Bambu Lab P2S, X2D or X2C' text on the lower tab is embossed, allowing for easy multicolour printing via a layer change or AMS, or it can be highlighted with paint for extra pop, as seen in the rendering.

Snap-On Fit: Precision engineered to fit securely over the screen without adhesive.
Zero Interference: Does not obstruct the touch interface or visibility.
Custom Branding: Integrated 'Bambu Lab P2S, X2D or X2C' logo tab.
Easy to Print: Optimized geometry that prints without supports.
Recommended Print Settings:
Material: PLA (Matte Black recommended for the injection-molded look) or PETG.
Layer Height: 0.16mm or 0.2mm for clean details on the text.
Infill: 10% Crosshatch.
Supports: Not needed.
Colour Change (Optional): Add a layer change pause at the height of the embossed text (typically the last few layers) to switch to a contrasting colour (like white) to match the photo and make the text pop.
