Dieselheater Hotair Pipe 45°
Print Profile(1)

Description
Made a 45° Pipe for the Hotair side of a 8kw China Dieselheater to reduce backpressure and noise compared to the orignial nozzle that comes with the heater.
Also the speed of the air is slower wich reduces turbulence noise . You dont need the flexible aluminium tube anymore wich also reduces turbulence.
The inner Diameter of the connection is 75,5mm and fitted perfect on my heater. As you can see on the pictures i used the original noses on the heater like an Bajonetconnection. You can mount the pipe only in the right position and then you can turn it 360° for optimal direction setting of the heated air.
Printed on P1S with hardened 0.6mm Nozzle and hardened Extruder gear upgrade with Bambu PET-CF Filament to resist the airtemps around 150° Celcius. 280° nozzletemp, 100° heatbed on the standard textured pei plate.
Almost standard printsettings, just calibrated Filament, reduced the chamberfanspeed in the gcode settings to get higher chamber temps.
First fitting testprint with PLA worked good. After the print in PET-CF i made some little changes for better z-seam. The surface finish is matt an looks pretty nice.
The supports for the inner nut came off perfect. No supports for the outer contour used.
I testet it successfully on my 8kw Dieselheater from Vevor, but i can not guarantee the proper function of your airheater. Maybe you need to adjust combustion/fanspeed settings. I offer no guarantee or warranty for your heater.
I made also one with 60° but not testprinted yet.
Also individual angel or length of the pipeends are possible. Just let me know.
