Hey there,
i created an screw base for cable ties up to 4mm with.
To attach the base you need an countersunk crew 3.5mm
It's a good holder for narrower cables and a good fastener for normal cables.
I think gluing the base might also work, but it certainly wouldn't be as stable.
Have fun with printing :)
