I'm Chinese, and both the links for purchasing accessories and the BOM list are from websites based in Mainland China. If you can't access them, you'll need to figure out a solution by yourself. If you require paid electronic documents, you can obtain them by exchanging three boosts and leaving your email address.
There are only 10 printed parts, with no screws or glue, for quick assembly. I'm too lazy to make a tutorial because it's very simple
