Roof Top Tent TGT (WildLands) base pillar clip

Looking for a better way to support running cabling under my TGT Roof Top Tent (RTT), based on WildLands brand, I've designed a push to fit clip that attached to the underside base pillars that support the floor of the tent.  These clips are designed to allow a hook and loop or cable tie to secure your cabling along the underside pillar of your tent.

These are designed for the base pillars that are 40mm x 20mm and have 4 ribs at 3/4mm intervals. They are push till click form fit, to allow easy installation and removal.  I suggest printing in a minimum of PETG, for form and environmental stability and they shouldn't be exposed to direct sunlight installed under a RTT.

Included are 4 versions:

• Middle Bottom mount point V1 (23m6s) V2 ()
• Middle Bottom and Single Side mount points (24m72)
• Middle Bottom and Dual Side mount points V1 (25m35s) V2 ()
• Dual Bottom and Dual Side mount points (26m48s)

Middle Bottom and Dual Side should be the version that supports most needs.  With the Dual Bottom to support a cable tie for permanent  mounting and the optional hook and loop mount point for temporary mounting.

PRINTING:

• Should require zero supports

INSTALLATION:

Tested with Bambu PETG Basic per P2S profile (0.20mm, 4 Walls (Arachne)

1. Per video, attached to the pillar and firmly push till you hear/feel the clip snap into place.

REMOVAL:

1. Per video, place you finger above one of the sides and gently pull towards till the clip un clips form the pillar.
2. Angle away, trying not to over bend/stretch the clip, and pull down from the pillar.
