Description

This replaces the hard plastic front wheels of the Peg Perego John Deere Gator XUV ride-on toy with two driven wheels for four wheel drive. The purpose is to add traction and power.

Everything is printed PETG or Nylon-CF.

You will need the following hardware:

Assembly:
1. Use a soldering iron to insert the brass threads into the two arms of the mounting bracket.

2. Bolt the mounting bracket to the gearbox using the #8-32 machine screws to the three open holes.

3. Take the steering yoke and mount it to the top of the steering knuckle.

4. Bolt the yoke and bracket together using two M6 bolts.
5. Repeat for the other side of the car.

6. Using a soldering iron, insert the brass thread inserts into the wheel hub.

7. Press fit the bushing into the wheel hub center on the pentagon side.

8. Slide the tire over the wheel hub.

7. Bolt the flange to the wheel hub using 6 M6 bolts.

8. Slide the wheel over the shaft, mating the two pentagons together.

9. Repeat on other side of the car, making sure there is equal spacing of the shaft/axle on both sides.

10. Put the OEM nut and washers back on the two wheels, and tighten.
