Iron Minion — Genius, Billionaire, Goggle-Wearer
Print Profile(2)

Description
"I am Iron Minion." — probably
The arc reactor hums, the banana's been eaten, and the Mark armor just printed itself. Iron Minion drops into the AGW Mashup Mayhem Collection as a single-body print with the signature red-and-gold plating wrapped around that very familiar two-eyed silhouette. Run it in full color on an AMS/CFS rig, or print it monochrome in burnt orange and paint the details for a battle-forged look.
Features
- Single-body print — no assembly, no glue, no fused supports to pry off
- Optimized for AMS multi-color printing
- Detailed Mark-armor plating: helmet slit, chest arc reactor, layered shoulder and gauntlet panels
- Raised-hand pose with repulsor-ready palm
- Classic Minion goggles peeking out from under the faceplate
- Scales cleanly for shelf display, desk collectible
Tips & Tricks
- For the PETG showcase print, use PLA as the support interface with top Z distance set to 0 mm — you get clean face separation without the usual PETG-on-PETG support fusion
- 2–3 walls is intentional here — keeps the armor panel detail crisp without ballooning print time
- Printing monochrome to paint later? Lay down a matte primer first — the gold hits on the faceplate and gauntlet trim pop much harder on a primed surface
- On AMS prints, slow the first layer and nudge temps up slightly on color changes — the arc reactor benefits from clean purges
- Orient as provided in the 3MF; supports are tuned for that orientation
