NorthSpore Boomr Bin Caps

0.15 fixes a floating object on the handled verison. Sorry about that :/

0.14 reduces the amount of fillament used, removes the ribs and has a overall betterfit. Also I've added a print profile and model for plugs to fit into the screw holes. I might make alt verisons that fit in other monotubs if the need is there.

These are standard cap covers for the NorthSpore Monotub, designed as a simpler alternative to the hygrometer version.

This set includes:

• 1 inch hole cover
• 2 inch hole cover

It also comes in two variations:

• Handle Version for easier removal
• Flush Version for a cleaner, low-profile fit

Both are designed to fit securely into monotub ports while maintaining proper airflow.

🧩 Notes

Tested on the NorthSpore Boom Room II monotub.
May work with other brands, but compatibility is not guaranteed.

This is part of an ongoing set of functional upgrades for the NorthSpore system.

⚠️ Material Recommendation

These caps are designed with a slightly oversized fit to create a proper seal in the monotub port.

Because of this, I do not recommend printing them entirely in PLA or other rigid materials, as they may not fit correctly.

For best results, I used TPU 95A

• TPU provides the flexibility needed for a tight seal
• PLA+ adds structure and stability

Printing in only rigid materials may result in a poor fit or difficulty inserting or removing the caps.
