A versatile collection of high-performance snap-fit clips. These clips were developed to balance flexibility with retention strength. Tested for building custom dishwasher racks, managing thick power cables and creating modular storage systems, these clips provided a reliable "click" every time.
Key Features:
- Strength: Successfully tested in a structural assembly holding 4kg+ under dynamic conditions.
- Durability: Optimized geometry allows for dozens of snap-in/out cycles without fatigue or snapping at the arm root.
- Easy Scaling: Designed to be parametric-friendly. Simply scale the model in your project so the internal "pocket" matches your specific wire, pipe, or cable diameter.
- Materials tested:
- PLA: light-duty organization and cable management.
- PETG: General utility and impact resistance, soon to be tested on a larger version to hold 8kg of dynamic load.
- ASA: Tested on harsh environments (dishwasher). These clips have been verified to withstand high-heat and chemical exposure inside dishwashers without losing their spring tension.
Included default sizes:
- Round: Optimized for 6mm diameter wire/rods.
- Square: Designed for 4x4mm profiles.
- Rectangular: For 2mm flat-wire or "tall" thin/rectangular profiles.
