Description
Galaxy Buds 4 / 4 Pro Military Armor Case is a protective shell designed specifically for the original Galaxy Buds 4 Pro charging case.
It adds a rugged, military‑style outer layer with sharp, angular lines and raised edges to help protect the case from scratches and small bumps in daily use.
Design features
- Tight inner cavity modeled around the real Galaxy Buds 4 Pro charging case
- About 0.3 mm clearance for a snug but easy fit (no wobble, no crazy force needed)
- Angular “armor” exterior inspired by military / tactical gear
- Raised corners and edges to help protect against impacts inside bags or on the desk
- Flat bottom so the case can stand stable on the desk
Printing & included 3MF file
This model comes with a ready‑to‑use 3MF file that opens directly in Bambu Studio.
The 3MF already includes the print settings I used on my Bambu H2D to get the results shown in the photos:
- 0.20 mm layer height
- 3 walls / perimeters
- 15–20% infill
- No supports (printed in the default orientation)
- Tuned speeds and cooling for a clean surface finish
If you are using a Bambu Lab printer, you can simply open the 3MF, select your printer and filament, and print.
Other FDM printers can still use the STL and copy these settings manually.
Fit & usage
- Slide the original Galaxy Buds 4 Pro charging case into the printed shell from the top.
- Because of the front cut‑out in the design, I recommend using a small piece of double‑sided tape (or a thin adhesive pad) on the bottom to keep the charging case firmly seated inside the 3D printed shell.
- The 0.3 mm clearance was tuned with real test prints to balance protection and usability.
- Works great as a daily protection case for backpacks, pockets and desk setups.
Notes
- Designed from real‑world measurements and adjusted with print tests for tolerances.
- Galaxy Buds and the original charging case are not included – this is only the 3D printed armor shell.
