Description

A highly detailed 3D miniature of a dark deep-sea diver, masterfully combining retro steampunk aesthetics with Lovecraftian (Eldritch) horror. The model captures a heavily armored explorer in a classic diving suit who has succumbed to an ancient evil from the ocean's depths. Terrifying tentacles and biological mutations burst forth from beneath the heavy metal and rivets. An ideal piece for fans of games like Call of Cthulhu, BioShock, or dark nautical-themed tabletop games.

This specific print was produced on a Bambu Lab printer using grey PLA. The printer fantastically handled the massive amount of fine details—from the rough metal texture and pressure valves to the helmet's viewport and the slimy organic structure of the tentacles. The grey material is an absolutely perfect base for painting. This model begs for heavy rust effects, oxidized copper (verdigris) on the suit, and glossy, deep purple or greenish tones for the mutated tentacles.
