If you like this model, a boost would mean a lot!
Bring Luffy in his Gear 5 form to life with this detailed 3D printable figure from One Piece.
This is by far the most complex and most beautiful model I have made so far, and I am really happy with the final result. The figure stands at approximately 24 cm tall once assembled.
Due to the 200 MB file size limit per file on MakerWorld, the model has been split into two print profiles.
As usual, I included two versions:
✨ AMS Version
A full multicolor version for AMS users.
- Designed with 8 colors
- Colors can easily be reduced if needed
- Great for getting the cleanest and most detailed final look
🔧 NO AMS Version
A multipart version for users without AMS.
- Designed to be printed and assembled without AMS
- Even the eyes can be printed in multicolor without AMS
- A dedicated plate is included with manual filament change pauses already inserted
For the eye plate, start with:
- Layer 1: PLA Basic Jade White (10100)
- Layer 46: PLA Basic Black (10101)
- Layer 51: PLA Basic Jade White (10100)
This allows users without AMS to still get a much nicer result on the eyes with simple manual filament swaps.
📌 Notes
- The model is split into multiple parts for easier printing and assembly
- The AMS version uses 8 colors, but this can be simplified if needed
- The NO AMS version still allows a very nice result, including the small eye details
I hope you enjoy printing this model as much as I enjoyed creating it.
Feel free to share your print photos, I would love to see your result.
UPDATE (2026/05/13)
Following user feedback, an update has been released. We’d like to thank the users for providing valuable feedback that allowed us to make these corrections.
There was a scaling issue on the body part, and the No AMS version of the eyes was missing filament-change pauses. The scaling has been corrected, and the pauses are now properly implemented.
The body, scar, mouth, eyes, hair, and eyebrows have all been reprinted and now fit correctly in the assembly. The hair is still slightly tricky to insert due to its structural complexity, but once aligned, everything fits as intended.
Give me a boost if you like my work :-)
