Engineered with a multi-layered (2.5D) approach, this design balances mechanical strength with high-end aesthetics. Every technical feature is highlighted: from the Ski/Walk lever on the spine to the micrometric buckles on the shell.

-Technical Specs & Print Advice
To achieve the level of detail shown in the photos, I highly recommend the following settings:
- Nozzle: 0.2 mm (Essential for the buckles and the walk-mode lever).
- Layer Height: 0.10 mm (High Quality).
- Filaments: Orange PLA and Black PLA (AMS/MMU ready).
- Infill: 8% (Gyroid).
- Size: 55 mm (The "Golden Ratio" for keychains).
-What's in the file?
The uploaded .3mf file is pre-configured for Bambu Lab users with the correct color segments and optimized print settings. If you are using a 0.4 mm nozzle, the model will still print, but the finest details might be slightly rounded.
-STEP File Included for Easy Customization
I have included the original .STEP file in the download options. Unlike standard STL files, the STEP format maintains high-quality geometry and makes it incredibly easy for you to:
- Modify Colors: Select individual components (Shell, Buckles, Lever) with a single click in your slicer or CAD software.
- Scale or Adjust: Rescale the model without any loss of detail.
- Personalization: If you use Fusion 360 or other CAD tools or also in BambuStudio, you can easily add your name or initials to the back or front of the boot!
💡 Pro Tip for Assembly:
I designed the attachment hole to be 4.5 mm wide. This fits standard heavy-duty keyrings perfectly while maintaining a 3 mm safety margin of plastic to prevent it from snapping over time.
