Modern Wave Table Lamp – Screwless Plug-in System

This table lamp, designed by me, combines organic shapes with simple, tool-free assembly. All components are designed to be plugged together directly from the printer – completely without glue, screws, or additional fastening materials.

📏 Dimensions

  • Total height of the lamp: approx. 350 mm

🔧 Tool-free Assembly

The lamp base is connected to the lampshade via a precisely fitting conector (white component).
Thanks to the plug-in system, no glue, no screws, and no additional fastening material are required.

The connector features an integrated opening with a 29 mm diameter – suitable for all common E14 sockets.

🌊 Design & Features

  • Organic lamp base with wave shape
  • Surface of the lamp base: Fuzzy Skin
  • Cable is invisibly routed through the lamp body to the back
  • Modern, soft light look due to vase mode lampshade

💡 Lampshade Variants & Print Profiles

The lampshade is available for download in multiple variants.

The version shown in the pictures:

  • 3-wave surface
  • Printed in vase mode (Spiral Vase)

⚠️ Important:
All lampshade variants have their own print profiles in the 3MF file, as they were specifically optimized for vase mode.
Please be sure to use the 3MF file with my print settings to achieve the same result.

🖨️ Print Instructions

  • Optimized for FDM printing
  • 3MF file contains the recommended print settings
  • Plug-in system is designed to be ready for printing

🧩 Assembly

  1. Print lamp base
  2. Insert connector
  3. Insert E14 socket

  5. Attach lampshade – done!

Have fun printing 😊

Beautiful lamp! The print quality of the model was excellent. Definitely a statement piece. Paired it with a wireless light bulb and it was a perfect gift for a friend.

The top part became very thin and the base is detaching from the rest of the white part, is it possible to make the layer 1mm thicker? the red part turned out great, I printed with Creality's CR-Petg

Hi @tom973, I had to glue the division of the tabs and part of the base, in petg it was very thin and fragile, I wanted to know if it is possible to be 0.3 mm and not 0.2mm if it would solve it

Hello, you need to download the separately created print profile for the lampshade, see photo, I couldn't load it together with the base as it is in vase mode. Regards Tom

Hey! When I open the file in Bambu Studio, the creator's slice profile isn't showing up.Just wanted to check: does the lamp shade base file need any supports, or is it good to go support-free? Thanks! :)

Hello, since I design my models to be printable without supports as much as possible, the model should be printable without supports without any problems on a well-calibrated printer. However, if you are not sure whether your printer can manage it, you can activate the supports for the lamp base as a precaution. Regards Tom
