Minimalist D-Handle – With Vertically Embedded M4 Nuts (Customizable)

🛠 Important Note: Inserting Nuts (Pause at Layer 66)

For the nuts to be embedded within the handle, an automatic pause is absolutely necessary:

• Pause Point: The print must pause at Layer 66
• Print Parameters: The template is optimized for a 0.2 mm first layer and a subsequent layer height of 0.16 mm
• Hardware Insertion: As soon as the printer stops at Layer 66, the M4 nuts are inserted vertically into the designated slots
• Important: In the preset profile (0.16 mm layer height), the pause should already be at the correct position. Please briefly check in the slicer preview whether the pockets for the nuts at Layer 66 are open and ready for insertion
• Secure Fit: Ensure that the nuts fully sink into the slot and do not protrude upwards, to avoid collision with the nozzle
