Philips Parterre Replacement Shade - Wall & Pillar

I designed this replacement shade for the Philips Parterre outdoor light series. The original OEM shades are known for becoming brittle and cracking over time due to UV exposure. This 3D-printable model allows you to repair the lamp instead of replacing the entire unit.

The design is based on the 13cm wall-mounted version, but it should be compatible with the pillar/bollard model as well.

Scaling & Shrinkage: I have already accounted for the material shrinkage in the design. If you are printing with Bambu PETG Transparent, you can print this at 100% scale without needing to adjust for shrink or scale factors.

The "Matte White" look: To try and match the original look, I printed this in Bambu PETG Transparent.

• Settings: 225°C with 40% part fan.
• Result: This creates a matte white finish that diffuses light, similar to the original plastic.

Print Settings: use these settings as a minimum:

• 6 Bottom Layers.
• Infill Pattern: Rectilinear (for Top, Bottom, and Internal Solid Infill).
• Profile: I highly recommend using my provided .3mf file, as a starting point since it has all these settings pre-configured, and then fine tune as you see fit.

Note on fitment: The mount is designed for a snug fit. However, because both 3D printers and original lamp housings have their own manufacturing tolerances, you might still need to tweak" if the fit isn't spot on for your specific lamp.
