"Chill Out" Relaxed Little Man Lamp for Bambu Lab LED Kit MH001 (Swivel Interlocking & Zero Cut)

Project for a nightstand or desk lamp in the shape of a sitting little man, specifically designed to house the Bambu Lab LED Lamp Kit (MH001). The design allows for completely hiding the wires inside the figure, making it an excellent nightlight for a bedside table or a decorative light for PC setups and shelves.

Main technical features:

• No cable cutting: No need to cut or desolder anything. The internal channel of the model is sized to allow the entire original USB plug and power button to pass through. The wire will exit cleanly directly from the base of the little man.
• Twist-Lock System: Assembly is completely hardware-free (no glue or screws), thanks to a solid swivel interlocking closure system. (perhaps just some double-sided tape to hold the light on the upper lampshade due to printer dimensional tolerances).

Assembly Instructions:

1. Secure the light: Snap the Bambu Lab LED kit ring into the upper lampshade (cap).
2. Wire routing (Diffuser): Slide the USB plug and power button through the diffuser's hole.
3. Wire routing (Body): Continue to feed the cable down the neck of the little man's body until the entire wire and USB exit from under the feet.
4. Secure the diffuser: Press-fit the diffuser piece directly onto the neck of the body.
5. Rotation Lock (Twist-Lock): Lower the cap (with the LED already mounted) onto the diffuser and apply a slight rotation. This swivel interlocking system securely locks the two pieces together, making the lamp stable yet very easy to disassemble if needed.

For the white diffuser, both white ABS and white PLA are suitable (tested).
