Description
Headband (upper arch) for the VGN VXE V1 headphone with an ergonomic curved design, engineered to evenly distribute pressure on the head. The structure features a slightly arched profile with consistent thickness throughout its body, providing a balance between flexibility and mechanical resistance.
The model includes an internal channel for wiring, with an outlet directed near the earcups. At the ends, there are integrated fastening points with slots for the side modules (earcups), ensuring structural stability and correct alignment of the parts.
The upper part features a textured finish, while the inner surface is smoother for better comfort during prolonged use. It also includes embossed details for fitting secondary components and the possible insertion of padded lining.
Buttons and controls are not part of the headband itself, but there is structural integration with the side housing where the controls (power, volume, etc.) are located.

- Orientation: arch facing upwards for better structural strength
- Infill: 20–40% (grid or gyroid)
- Recommended material: PLA+ or PETG (better flexibility)
- Support: only necessary at the ends depending on the cut
