320mm EufyMake Fabric Jig
Print Profile(1)

Description
This project includes the 320mm version of printed files for Jigs to hold shirts and other fabrics to allow DTG type printing on the EufyMake E1 printer. These jigs solve the issue of materials with sewn edges where the variance in hight prevents accurate leveling and printing issues when placed direct onto the bed. They give a support surface so the fabric does not sag away from the print head. They give a flat bottom to stick to the bed as well. They also have volume under the print surface to tuck in excess materials while printing. The smaller 240mm version can be found here.
Instruction for use:
Place the inner frame behind the layer of fabric you wish to print on.

Choose the Retainer that best fits your material. The shirt I used measured at about 0.35mm thick so I used the 0.35mm Retainer. I also included a 0.7mm Retainer for thicker materials.
Slide the retainer over the material and inner frame piece. You want to be careful not to stretch the material in this process as it can lead to warped print results. I find that holding the fabric against the surface in the corners while sliding the ring down at each corner helps prevent stretching. If you are using less stretchy materials this will be less of an issue.

Flip the material over and tuck all excess material into the back of the inner frame.

be sure to keep track where the top of your fabric is then slide the outer frame over the fabric Retainer insuring the side labeled "Top" is on the correct side.

Insure the fabric retainer and inner frame stay together and that they are fully slid down into the outer frame.

They should protrude a few millimeters above the outer frame.

Center your fabric jig as you wish on the standard flat bed and take your snapshot. Align your design and print! Enjoy.
Print Examples
HF logo was jut 1 layer of CMYK and noticeably less deep of colors. All others were 2 layers of CMYK. I used no white or gloss in these. Once I have some flex white ink I will try on non-white shirts and update this post with my results.
