Superstrut / Unistrut Top Rail Cover –Slide-On Cap

Description:

Cap off the open top of your Superstrut/Unistrut channel with these slide-on covers. They give your strut a clean, finished look while protecting the interior from dust, debris, and moisture.

Why you need these:

These covers slide into the top rail of standard 1-5/8" strut channel, covering the open lip. Unlike snap-in designs, these are meant to be slid in from the end of the rail for a secure, flush fit.

The model includes multiple lengths so you can mix and match to cover exactly what you need:

• 8" / 200mm
• 4" / 100mm
• 2" / 50mm
• 1" / 25mm

Combine pieces to cover any length of rail.

Print Settings:

• Material: ASA (UV and weather resistant — great for outdoor use). Filament can be changed based on use case.
• Print settings are included in the model file

Installation: These do not snap in from the top. Slide them into the channel from the open end of the rail. If existing hardware is in the way, remove it temporarily or slide the cover in from whichever end is accessible.

Fit Note: Printed tolerances can vary by printer and unistrut is not as dimensionally accurate as it look. If the fit is too tight or loose, try scaling ±1-2%.
