DESCRIPTION — English

Precision drilling templates for CAMAR 801 (wall cabinets) and CAMAR 807 (base cabinets) hangers. Press-fit standard ball bearings into the pockets and use them as drill bushings for a 10 mm bit — no measuring, no marking out, just drill.

Two print profiles included:

  • CAMAR 801 — wall cabinets, 2 holes
  • CAMAR 807 — base cabinets, 4 holes in a 2×2 layout
 CAMAR 801CAMAR 807
Holes24 (2×2)
Row 1 from top42 mm20 mm
Row 2 from top84 mm
Back / front hole20 / 52 mm20 / 52 mm
Bearings needed

Both templates are left-right symmetric — the two sharp top corners are the reference edge, so the same print works on both the left and right cabinet side without flipping.

You will need:

  • 2× or 4× ball bearing 6800ZZ (10 × 19 × 5 mm) — press-fit into the pockets
  • 10 mm drill bit
  • Recommended drill depth: ~10.5 mm

Print flat, bearing pockets facing up. Press bearings in from the top after printing. Place the template against the inner face of the cabinet side panel, sharp corners flush with the top and back edges, and drill through the bearings.

If this saved you time (or a misdrilled hole 😄), a Boost would mean a lot - it helps the model reach more people and keeps me motivated to share more workshop tools like this one. Thanks!
