Card display compatible with Magic The Gathering

I wanted to design a display inspired by and compatible with the historic collectible card game Magic The Gathering to display the most beautiful and iconic cards from your collection in an original and protected way, inside a sleeve (not a Toploader)

The model consists of 2 parts, the display and the stand

The display can hold an MTG card with an attached transparent protective sleeve

The stand's function is to keep the display closed and hold the card at an angle of about 10 degrees relative to the support surface

Instructions:

  • Always clean the plate before starting printing to ensure correct adhesion and avoid any color contamination
  • Once printed, wait for the plate to cool to avoid any deformation, then remove the model
  • Fold the two faces of the display onto itself, helping with a QUICK lighter heating on the folded part
  • Once the faces are folded, insert the card to be displayed in the center and then insert the closed display into the stand, completely locking the card inside

The print can be made with PLA or PETG, I used PLA
