Description

Milk Bottle Carrier (Double)

A robust, ergonomic carrier designed for two standard milk bottles. This assembly uses a central threaded rod to ensure the weight is distributed safely, making it perfect for daily use.

Hardware Needed (BOM)

To assemble this holder, you will need:

  • 1x M8 Threaded Rod: Length 270 mm
  • 4x M8 Hex Nuts: * 2x for the Base: (To lock the rod firmly to the bottom plate)
    • 2x for the Handle: (One below the handle to support the load, one on top to lock it)

Step-by-Step Assembly Guide

Step 1: Secure the Rod to the Base

Insert the M8 threaded rod into the center hole of the blue base. Use two M8 nuts to "sandwich" the base—one from the bottom and one from the top—so the rod stands perfectly upright and doesn't wobble.

Step 2: Prepare the Bottles

Take the yellow neck holder and snap it onto the necks of your two milk bottles. Make sure it sits flush in the grooves of the bottle necks.

Step 3: Main Assembly

Slide the bottle assembly (bottles + yellow holder) onto the threaded rod and lower them until they sit securely in the base.

Step 4: Handle & Final Lock

  1. Thread the third M8 nut down the rod until it touches the yellow holder.
  2. Place the handle onto the rod.
  3. Secure everything with the fourth M8 nut from the top. Tighten it firmly to ensure the whole structure is rigid.
