Description
DIY motorcycle battery, using 4 cells of 38120HP. Due to limited space, I previously made a simple solid box but found it didn't fit, so the bottom was made open and finally secured with tape. The main focus was protecting the sides to prevent short circuits. The battery terminals referenced above are this one below, the 120A-C red and black version
Its screws are not long enough, so its nuts cannot be used. You need to buy M4-6-5.5 heat-set inserts (6mm long, 5.5 outer diameter)

No protection board was installed because once fully charged, it automatically powers off, leading to unstable vehicle operation. Only balancing was done, using the balancing board below, the 4S version
Fixed by snapping the included clips directly from bottom to top
M4 12cm hex screws for securing the top and bottom shells
