Description

Universal Fork Seal Cleaner Tool (47/48/49mm)

Keep your suspension running smooth with this easy-to-use fork seal cleaner, designed to fit 47mm, 48mm, and 49mm forks. This tool helps remove dirt and debris trapped in your fork seals—often the cause of annoying leaks—without needing a full teardown.

The model is oriented for optimal print strength and durability, making it reliable for repeated use. PETG is recommended for its toughness and resistance to oils.

How to Use:

  1. Carefully pull down the dust seal using a flathead screwdriver.
  2. Insert the cleaner into the oil seal.
  3. Rotate counterclockwise to lift and collect debris.
  4. Remove and wipe clean.

Note: Some fork oil may seep out during use—this is normal. Avoid leaving the tool inserted for extended periods.

Print Settings:

  • Material: PETG recommended
  • Orientation: As provided (optimized for strength)
  • Supports: Required

A simple, effective tool to extend the life of your fork seals and keep your ride dialed in.
