Description
MKII fragmentation hand grenade "Pineapple"
ATTENTION!!! SPRING REQUIERED!!! You need a spring for the lever to work. I recommend going to your local hardware store and buy a, very weak, 1 in. long spring!đ
The Mk 2 (or Mk II) fragmentation grenade, famously nicknamed the "pineapple," was officially standardized in 1920, replacing the flawed Mk 1 grenade of 1917. Used extensively by U.S. forces in World War II, Korea, and Vietnam, it was designed for defensive, close-quarters combat with a cast-iron shell that improved grip and fragmentation, typically filled with flaked TNT.
