Bambu Ball Filament Swatch Board for Skadis Wall

A wall-mounted filament swatch display board designed for IKEA SKADIS pegboards, featuring the iconic Bambu spool ball swatches known from the Bambu filament store.

Existing designs didn't meet my standards — so I built my own:

• Better angle to read the labels
• High quality 3D models (no AI)
• Modular system compatible with different printer sizes
• Easy assembly

🖨️ Print Files

• Panel sized to fit the full build plate of each supported printer
• Available for: A1 Mini, A/P/X-Series, H2-Series
• Clean panel variant included (no filament plates neccessary)

🏷️ Label System

• Snap-in label clips hold brand/color name tags per slot
• Labels are named as “filament plates” in the object tree — simply select one line and assign your text

• Positioning note: Use the same XY coordinates as the base for the middle row; upper and lower rows are offset by ±6 mm vertically. Changing label text may shift position slightly — reapply the base coordinates to correct this.

   

  

📌 SKADIS Mounting

• Printed pins insert into the back panel
• 2 pins are sufficient for secure mounting

• If needed, a small amount of glue improves hold

   

    

⚙️ Print Settings

• No supports required
• If the Bambu swatch ball has bed adhesion issues, enable brim
