The design has been specifically optimized for 3D printing to ensure clean threads and high sealing integrity.

Print Settings (Recommended)

To guarantee full stability and water resistance, the following parameters should be used:

• Material: * PETG: Good basic resistance to pool chemicals.
  • ASA: Ideal & Recommended. ASA offers the best UV resistance and remains dimensionally stable and resilient even after years in direct sunlight.
• Layer Height: 0.2 mm (for precise and tight threads).
• Wall Lines: 3 (Important for structural integrity and pressure resistance).
• Infill: 20% (Gyroid or Grid recommended).
• Support: Not required (the design is optimized for printing without support structures).

Assembly Instructions

1. Seals: Always use the appropriate rubber sealing rings (O-rings) to achieve 100% tightness.
2. Hand-tight: Tighten the adapter only hand-tight. Thanks to the precise threads, no heavy tools are needed, which also protects the material.
3. Cleaning: Before assembly, ensure that the threads are free of printing residues (zits/blobs).
