I've been looking for a SkullGreymon model to print for a while now, as it's my favorite Digimon, but I never found a good free one, so I decided to make it myself and here's my model :D

  • The model has been divided to facilitate printing and minimize support material (it uses 2 connectors), so a little superglue is required for assembly. I recommend pressing the halves together during drying to avoid any noticeable gap between them (I also used superglue accelerator). It has the maximum size to be printed correctly on an A1 build plate.
  • The support settings are optimized for easy removal (0.24mm Z distance and 3 top interface layers).
  • Be careful when removing supports from the ribs, as the rib tips are very thin and fragile (two broke off for me, but I was able to retrieve them from the support and glue them back on later :D).
  • Set to 3 walls for increased strength since it is a lightweight model. 10% gyroid infill.
  • I have attached a second, undivided print profile in case someone prefers it, although I do not recommend printing it at all if you don't have a printer with a tool changer (H2C, Snapmaker U1, Creator 5, etc.).
  • The printed model's dimensions are 250mm long, 220mm wide, 185mm high.

The photos are of the model printed on a Snapmaker U1 (although the 2 profiles I uploaded are for A1, which I also own but didn't use for this model due to obvious material waste reasons).

I hope you like it
