Mandrel Exhaust Bend Kit (1.25"–4.0") - 63 files

This is a modular exhaust tube bend system designed to allow fully customizable exhaust routing using standardized printable segments instead of fixed mandrel bends. The system is designed to minimize part count while still allowing you to achieve nearly any angle from 1° to 180° through combinations of repeatable modules.

The kit supports the following tube diameters: 1.25", 1.5", 2", 2.25", 2.5", 3", 3.5", and 4.0".

1.25" tube → 1.875" CLR
1.5" tube → 2.25" CLR
2.0" tube → 3.0" CLR
2.25" tube → 3.375" CLR
2.5" tube → 3.75" CLR
3.0" tube → 4.5" CLR
3.5" tube → 5.25" CLR
4.0" tube → 6.0" CLR
