Ford GT Keychain Pack

Welcome to the 3T_printers page!

Always carry a piece of motorsport history with you with this exclusive keychain pack dedicated to two absolute icons of speed signed by Ford!

Whether you are nostalgic for classic endurance races or a lover of modern-design hypercars, this set is perfect for your keys, your backpack, or as a gift for a true gearhead.

📦 What's included in the pack:

  • Ford GT40 MKII (1966): The legend that dominated Le Mans. The model captures the vintage charm with its dark livery and iconic light racing stripes.
  • Ford GT (2026): The modern, aggressive evolution. Sharp aerodynamic lines, a low profile, and eye-catching sporty details, like the contrasting rear wing.

🛠️ 3D Printing Tips:

These models have been optimized to look their best, especially when printed with multi-color systems (Bambu Lab's AMS).

  • Resolution (Layer Height): Recommended between 0.08 mm and 0.12 mm. The lower the layer height, the better the details on the body curves and air intakes will turn out.
  • Infill: 15% - 20% (Gyroid or Grid). This is the ideal compromise to keep the keychains lightweight yet sturdy enough for everyday pocket use.
  • Supports: Enable supports (tree supports are recommended) to properly hold up the wings, mirrors, and bumpers.
  • Material: PLA for excellent aesthetic results, or PETG for greater impact resistance.

I strongly suggest NOT to change settings in the slicer (apart from layer heights and noozle size), it would be easier for you to get the perfect print right out of the box!

I've also included a print profile for the Bambulab H2C with Vortek technology, saving you both filament and time! Have fun printing your own keychain models with working wheels, and now you can also make them in TPU for a more realistic effect!

 Happy printing! 🏁

Every model is PIP; the wheels are actually working.

I used AMS to achieve optimal multicolor results.

The model requires no assembly; you just need to carefully remove the tree supports already set in the print profile.

Better results can be achieved using the 0.2 mm printhead, at the expense of increased print times.

It's recommended NOT to change the print profile settings to avoid having problems with the final result.

I invite you to use tweezers and small pliers to remove the supports.

In more recent models, I've used smaller tolerances for the wheel alignment, to ensure a higher level of detail and fewer supports to remove in that area.

For this reason, it's necessary to "break in" the car once the supports have been removed (trying a couple of times) :D
