FTS Vertigo - Vertical Filament Track Switch Mount
Print Profile(1)

Description
Vertical Filament Track Switch Mount for X2D
This vertical mount is designed to optimize space and improve accessibility when using the filament track switch on the X2D.
By reorienting the switch vertically, it allows for a more compact setup without compromising functionality.
The design fits neatly into tight spaces and, unlike many alternative mounts, does not increase the overall width of the printer compared to the original configuration. This makes it ideal for enclosed setups or crowded workbenches.
Installation is quick and straightforward—no additional hardware is required. The mount simply slides onto the original spool holder interface, ensuring a secure fit while remaining easy to remove when needed.
Another key advantage is improved access to the belt tensioners, making maintenance and adjustments more convenient without disassembling surrounding components.
